What we've been building.

Leylines is in active beta and has not had a numbered public release yet. Here is what is in the current build, in plain language. When v1 ships, this becomes a versioned history.

Currently in private beta. Details and naming can still change before launch.

New

  • Account sign-in. Sign in to the plugin with a secure email link and your license unlocks sending automatically. Signed out, the plugin keeps working as a free receiver, so you never lose the audio you already have.
  • Referral codes and invite slots. Your account carries codes you can pass to other producers, and a slot for handing a license to someone you work with. Both are on your account page.
  • Your account dashboard. See your license, manage which machines it is active on, and invite a friend to a spare license by email.
  • Documentation and a full plugin guide. From first install to how sync works under the hood, gathered in one place.
  • Community forum. A place to ask questions, report issues, and share how you are using Leylines.

Improved

  • Consistent platform support everywhere. Clear, honest formats across the site: VST3 and CLAP on Windows and Linux today, with AU and macOS in testing.
  • A refreshed account and sign-in experience that matches the rest of the Leylines look and reads clearly at every step.

Fixed

  • Steadier reconnects. Hardened how a session recovers after a dropped connection, so reconnecting is less likely to lose your place.
  • Tougher session joins. Hardened joining a session against abuse, keeping sessions private to the people you invite.
